Overview Experteer Overview As a Process Technology Engineer in the BU Catalysts team, you will oversee and improve chemical plants, lead the design and commissioning of new production facilities, and drive cost-saving and safety initiatives. You will partner with Engineering, Business, and Production to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and implement innovative manufacturing technologies. This role supports Clariant's mission of functional excellence and sustainable value creation. You will contribute to high-impact projects that scale operations and improve product quality. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate process and product optimization projects; develop work plans and align Engineering, Business, and Production teams * Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency; analyze production unit reliability * Provide expertise in chemical production including startup capabilities and procedural requirements * Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and support plant projects,



troubleshooting and quality improvements * Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant policies; perform process risk analysis for safe operation * Apply statistical methods and project management to drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications * 5-10 years of experience in production, product development, and project management * University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent * Strong understanding of production processes and process engineering principles * Project management skills and proficiency with statistical methods * Ability to work effectively across organizational levels with diverse stakeholders * Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Benefits * Yearly premio plan * Health & Wellness * Life & Disability * Retirement & Long-Term Benefits #J-*****-Ljbffr
