Role Summary
The candidate will lead the people strategy to enable business performance and sustainable growth. As a member of the management team, the role ensures that structure, culture, and capabilities support current and future business needs.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Build a high?performing culture that feels authentically Italian while remaining deeply rooted in the company's global identity
Drive workforce and succession planning to secure future competencies
Support and challenge leadership as a strategic HR partner
Ensure effective talent attraction, development,



and retention
Lead organizational development and digital transformation
Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations (labor law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits)
Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Health & Safety teams
Promote a safe, high?performance, and values?driven culture
Required Knowledge and Experience
Higher education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organization
Expertise in managing labor relations and union dynamics
Strong business understanding (B2B/industrial environment preferred)
Fluent in English and Italian
Workplace: Trento, with required availability to travel within Italy and occasionally attend international meetings.
