Job Title: Ground Operations Support Officer (m/f/d) Company: SkyAlps Location: Bolzano (BZ), Italy Employment Type: Full-time (Shift work required) Responsibilities * Coordinate ground operational activities across the SkyAlps airport network * Assist passengers during operational disruptions and baggage handling situations * Support the management of ad?hoc charter flights from start to finish * Work alongside the operations control center as an integral team member * Help ensure smooth, efficient ground operations even during challenging events Qualifications * Background in airport ground handling * Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and Passenger Service Systems (PSS)



* Basic IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word Language Requirements * Excellent spoken and written Italian * Excellent spoken and written English * Additional languages are an asset Personal Qualities * Ability to handle non?routine situations when workloads vary unexpectedly * Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills * Problem?solving mindset – finding solutions, not excuses * Continuous learning attitude – always improving * Ability to work independently when needed Work Schedule & Availability Operations run around the clock. The schedule covers nearly the entire 24?hour cycle, 7 days a week, varying with the season.
