This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company.About the RoleAs a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between JinkoSolar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, coordinating after-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the Italian market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and project discussionsVisit clients and project sites to assess technical needs and requirementsPrepare and deliver technical presentations, product explanations,



and solution proposalsAnswer customer technical inquiries and provide related technical documentationCoordinate after-sales activities to support smooth project execution and customer satisfactionDeliver product training sessions to customers and partnersSupport the organization of technical trainings in coordination with the Sales teamRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and distributor eventsMust have:Degree in EngineeringPreferable experience in technical support, technical service, or customer-facing technical rolesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian Mother tongueWillingness to travel within ItalyWhy Join JinkoSolar?
