/p pstrongKey Job Role and Responsibilities /strong /pulliConduct regular store visits across the assigned regions of Lazio and Abruzzo.
/liliMonitor competitors#39; products, pricing and promotional activities, take photos during store visits and submit regular store visit reports.
/liliInspect and maintain TP-Link product displays to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
/liliSupport the Retail Team in implementing in-store merchandising activities to improve product visibility and sales performance.




/liliBuild and maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
/liliParticipate in product training sessions for retail staff and support local retail events when required.
/li /ul pstrongDesired Skills and Experience /strong /pulliMinimum strong1-2 years of field sales experience /strong, preferably in the IT, networking, telecommunications or security industry.
/liliExperience managing retail channel is highly preferred.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
/liliSelf-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
/liliWillingness to travel frequently throughout Lazio and Abruzzo.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
/liliBachelor#39;s degree is preferred.
