Experteer Overview As Senior Test Manager, you own the end-to-end testing strategy for the OneFinance **** program and lead a dedicated Test Management team. You will shape test governance across SIT, Pre-UAT, UAT, and E2E, coordinating with FI/CO, P2P, and integration streams to ensure readiness for country go-lives. You drive test automation development, including AI-assisted testing, and establish quality gates and KPIs. This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation and cross-country delivery, offering impact across SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and IFRS compliance. You'll build a scalable testing capability in a highly international, technically rich environment. Retribuzione / Benefits * Define and evolve the program-level test strategy across SIT, Pre-UAT, UAT, and E2E with quality gates and KPI governance. * Build, lead, and coordinate a distributed team of test analysts and automation engineers across multiple country rollouts. * Design and drive an automation framework and AI-assisted testing approach for SAP S/4HANA and integrations. * Coordinate SIT across functional streams and interfaces (SAP to Ivalua, ServiceNow, Tagetik, FPSL/GLPD) and track defects to sign-off. * Manage UAT with business stakeholders, prepare test scripts, environments, and formal sign-off governance. * Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios spanning Procurement, Finance, and Reporting chain. * Own defect management, reporting, and executive status updates, including go/no-go readiness.



* Oversee test environments and data management, ensuring country-specific configurations and IFRS 17/9 compliance. * Standardize tooling, templates, and processes; contribute to the program quality framework. Responsabilità * 5 to 7 years in IT test management with at least 2 years in a lead role with line management responsibility. * Proven end-to-end test strategy ownership across SIT, UAT, and E2E in large multi-country ERP/finance transformations. * Hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks; ability to lead automation engineers. * Experience with AI-assisted testing: AI-generated test cases, intelligent regression, or ML-based defect analysis. * Strong defect management, quality gate governance, and go-live readiness assessment capabilities. * Experience managing test environments and test data strategies in complex, integration-heavy landscapes. * Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate risk to IT and business leadership. * Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-cultural teams in an international environment. * English C1 or higher; Italian required.
