In this role you drive product quality across the full lifecycle, from development to after-sales support, leading continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. You will strengthen product reliability, reduce quality costs, and boost customer satisfaction. You work closely with Engineering and other teams to validate, qualify, and maintain quality standards. This position offers impact across global installations within a long-standing packaging solutions leader. * base salary from EUR 47,200 * annual premio up to 10% of base salary * insurances * additional company benefits * Define and implement the Product Quality strategy across the organization * Monitor quality performance of machines installed at customer sites * Analyse data from testing, installation, technical support, and customer feedback to spot trends * Identify root causes and opportunities for product improvement * Collaborate with Engineering during product design and industrialization phases * Support validation and qualification processes for new products * Define and maintain product quality requirements and acceptance criteria * Coordinate management of product non-conformities and customer complaints * Ensure timely corrective and preventive actions and monitor effectiveness * Manage quality escalations with key and strategic customers * Promote COPQ-reduction initiatives and improve product reliability * Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular reporting on product quality performance * Bachelor's degree in engineering field (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related) * minimum 5 years in Product Quality/Quality Engineering in automated machinery industry * strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills * experience handling product non-conformities and customer complaints * proficient in English (written and spoken) * willingness to travel to customer and supplier sites * strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management * customer-focused mindset with a data-driven approach * ability to influence without direct authority * effective communication with technical and managerial audiences * commitment to continuous improvement and quality culture In this role you drive product quality across the full lifecycle, from development to after-sales support, leading continuous improvement an... #J-*****-Ljbffr
