The Role
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Milan, with flexibility for partial remote work.
As a SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will design, configure, and support SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring that financial and controlling processes meet business requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
Configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules
Performing system and integration testing
Delivering end-user training and ongoing support
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues,



and drive continuous improvement within the SAP landscape
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant or in a similar role
Strong SAP FI/CO expertise, including configuration, integration, and support
Experience with CO-PA and related controlling functionalities
Solid understanding of finance principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in analyzing business processes and proposing SAP-based improvements
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong advantage
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
What We Offer
Permanent contract with a gross annual salary (RAL) of €35,000–€45,000, commensurate with experience
Hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work
