ABOUT THE ROLE
Dumarey Automotive Italia, part of the Dumarey Group, is an international engineering company operating in advanced mobility solutions across automotive and industrial sectors.
To support our Finance Department, we are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst.
Main Tasks
Financial Planning & Analysis
:
Support the development and maintenance of corporate financial models.
Analyze and monitor Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
Monitor business performance through financial and operational KPIs.
Support scenario analysis and financial evaluations for strategic initiatives.
Business Partnering
:
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to understand the financial impact of business decisions.
Support the evaluation of new projects, products, and investments.
Contribute to the preparation of business cases and management presentations.
Pricing & Profitability Analysis
:
Support pricing and margin analyses.
Assess the financial sustainability of commercial offers and new business programs.
Monitor profitability indicators and help identify improvement opportunities.
Data, AI & Process Automation
:
Utilize Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools to generate insights and improve decision-making.
Experiment with Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to enhance Finance processes.
Contribute to the automation of reporting and repetitive activities through digital tools and, where possible, programming languages.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics,



Business Administration
2-4 years experience in a structured company environment
Solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals
Ability to understand, analyze and prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Advanced Excel (scenario analysis, financial models); SAP FI/CO and Power BI is a plus
Basic knowledge of working capital management, debt covenants, and liquidity planning
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages is a plus
Python and/or GenAI scripting for process automation (preferred)
M&A; financial due diligence and transaction feasibility assessment (preferred)
Soft Skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear executive narratives and actionable insights
Business partnering mindset: comfortable in Engineering/Sales reviews and in C-level interactions
Structured problem-solving and results-driven approach with strong analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, matrix organizations
Proactive and autonomous: able to own end-to-end processes with limited supervision
Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
Salary range:
RAL ******€ / ******€ (base salary)
