The Position

He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthywork environment.

The team works together to creating a professional and motivating environment that reflects LDJ’s values and a pleasant experience for customers. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success

Responsibilities

-

- Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.

- Demonstrate brand awareness,



clientelingskills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values.

- Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximisebusiness and to resolve customer issues.

- Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty.

- Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy environment where to work and to shop.

- Maintain the work place tidy and organized. xysqume

- Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.

- Use effective sales techniques to achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

-

- Availability to work on different shift patterns, such as: 18:00–22:00 or 14:00–23:00

- Fluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus)

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Organized and detail oriented

- Proactivity

- Strong commitment to builda team environment and collaboration

- Willingness to work shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the role in retail settings

- Computer skills
