As Senior Satellite Verification & Validation Manager, you lead V&V; activities across the project lifecycle for small satellites, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget. You work with system engineers to shape verification strategies, design verification plans, and testing infrastructure. You drive methodical, MBSE-informed processes and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver validated systems. This role offers impact by shaping how satellites are verified from design to in-orbit operations.

Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of satellite systems engineering, including requirements engineering, functional analysis, verification control xysqume
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience
- Experience in satellite verification and participation in AIT campaigns
- Excellent sense of responsibility
- Structured hands‑on work‑approach
- Highly self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- University degree (Master/PhD) or equivalent education plus relevant proven work experience in industry
