What you will do

- Client Management

- Serve as primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships.

- Understand client needs and communicate them to the delivery team.

- Update clients on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly.

- Collaborate with Sales Accounts to grow the business.

- Project Delivery

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

- Develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage schedules.

- Monitor performance, report progress, and adjust plans.

- Team Leadership

- Oversee team of project managers and coordinators.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.





- Manage multiple projects under pressure.

- Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.

- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.

- Risk Management

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating as needed.

- Understand industry landscape and emerging technologies.

- Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

-

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or PMP preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in project or delivery management.

- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end, complex, system integration projects on multiple technologies.

Compensation

Base salary range: €43,500 – €79,500 (per annum).
