Track record closing B2B / enterprise deals Able to self-generate meetings (intros, associations, events) Native-level German (C2) plus fluent English Autonomous, high-energy, full ownership of the numbers Nice to have Experience selling SaaS / platforms to financial institutions Familiarity with the German regulatory landscape Package Indicative xrdztoy gross annual package (on-target): €*****K gross/year, performance-linked with real upside Independent contractor engagement, fully remote How we assess What we look for (for pre-screening): consultative selling (not just pitching), energy, objection handling, and coachability (the most important).
