Chapter Lead for Microsoft Dynamics leads a global, cross-brand D365 team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions and related AI/data capabilities. You will bridge business strategy with digital execution, setting governance, standards, and integration approaches. providing architecture guidance and governance * Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities * Oversee lifecycle of D365 initiatives and enforce ALM/DevOps standards * Contribute to integration strategy with other enterprise systems * Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric) within D365 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and stakeholders * Manage relationships with external partners and vendors * 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service) * 3+ years in leadership or team management, preferably international and distributed teams * Strong functional and technical expertise in D365, Power Platform, and integration patterns * Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile methodologies #J-*****-Ljbffr
