As a bCommercial Manager /b, you're responsible for commercial strategy across the hotel's multiple segments and revenue streams—delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn commercial strategy and execution: develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams—including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa—to drive top?line performance and market share growth.
/li liMaximize revenue and profitability: partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets.
/li liLead pricing and forecasting strategy: oversee revenue management practices including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across all segments.
/li liAlign sales and marketing efforts: coordinate on?property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.
/li liAdapt to market dynamics: monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions.
/li liStrengthen stakeholder relationships: build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long?term commercial value.
