Store Manager - Atelier Parigi

Lanieri is looking for a Store Manager with energy, entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of personal style. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships and delivering a highly personalized experience to every client interaction.

We are the first 100% Made in Italy online store dedicated to male elegance, able to combine technological innovation and manufacturing tradition. We specialize in the creation and customization of men’s clothes and accessories that we manufacture with care and passion, exclusively using Italian certified fabrics. All our garments can be customized in a few simple clicks, for an immediate and fast tailor-made experience.
What you will do:
- Successfully participate in training program to develop your expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations
- Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of Lanieri Essence
- Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics




- Building relationships to increase client’s loyalty
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
- Ensure all store standards and operations are to company standards
- Performing other duties assigned by leadership team

Who you are:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service; experience in made-to-measure or similar custom apparel sectors is considered a strong plus
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
- Performs successfully in a team-based culture
- Availability to work weekends, particularly Saturdays
- Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other stores or HQ

What you will get:
- Fixed-term full-time contract (39 hours per week)
- Annual gross salary: €35,000–€40,000, ba
