As a Junior Account Executive – Partnerships you will be the driving force behind expanding our network of Partners. You will be one of the first Recruitment Executives in the Italian office, helping us develop and expand our Partner network in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, relationship-building, and strategic thinking in one dynamic role. You will be the first point of contact for our global network of Partners – consulting companies and system integrators who help us sell, implement, and customize Odoo ERP software.
Making use of your hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills you will expand our Partner network by building positive relations and explaining the potential of Odoo in the Italian market.
But this role goes far beyond sales. It is about creating genuine value for Partners, helping them start their Odoo Partnership to unlock new opportunities, strengthen their service, and bring Odoo ERP to customers across Italy.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact and qualify potential partners: understand their business, capabilities, values,



and processes to ensure they match our business model.
Increase Odoo presence in Italy by identifying and winning the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell, and implement Odoo.
Identify, engage, and recruit new Partners, managing the early stage of the pre‐sales process – first contact, explaining the Odoo potential in the Italian market, to Partnership activation and defining the best strategy to launch the Partnership in terms of operations, training, and marketing.
Show the product to potential Partners and their prospects by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo.
Quote and negotiate the conditions for the Partnership launch.
Take initiatives to expand our Partner network by participating in events, fairs, webinars, and launching new outbound marketing activities.
Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant.
