Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead high- to mid-level global programs and mentor local efforts, aligning plan, cost, and schedule with customer needs. You will assemble and guide multidisciplinary teams, drive program planning, and ensure milestones and deliverables across engineering, quality, operations, and purchasing. You will manage risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and optimize cash flow and procurement for capital equipment. This position reports to the EU Hybrid & High-Performance Platform Manager and centers on delivering capable, compliant production solutions.

- Direct and mentor global programs; assemble core team and develop complete program plan with WBS and pro forma baseline
- Meet design, quality, production, financial, and milestone targets
- Develop and maintain program schedules and timing charts
- Lead program meetings and status reviews across engineering, quality, operations and purchasing
- Provide status updates to stakeholders through reports and reviews
- Identify and resolve issues via root cause analysis and robust change management
- Liaise with customers and participate in their meetings on program issues
- Monitor concept, budget, and schedule for customer spec compliance; plan staffing
- Ensure successful design,



installation and prove-out of production equipment; procure capital equipment and ensure code compliance
- Establish price, warranty, and delivery targets with purchasing; support supplier negotiations
- Optimize cash flow through PO releases; manage budgets and program pro forma
- Provide extended support to operations, quality or engineering beyond typical programs
- Schedule and conduct Functional Stage Gate reviews and senior management Stage Gate reviews
- Report to EU Hybrid & High-Performance Platform Manager

Responsabilità
- 5-7 years of experience as Program Manager in a multi-national, complex matrix organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or xysqume related areas
- Excellent APQP and program management techniques knowledge
- Understanding of financial analysis concepts and budget management
- Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills
- French, Spanish or Italian considered a plus
- Strong Office 365 skills
- Experience negotiating and achieving desired outcomes
- Ability to operate in a matrix management environment with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning, decision-making, and follow-up skills; proactive and independent
- PMI certification considered a plus
