Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead project cost, schedule, and budget management for 大型 projects and coordinate with GCs, vendors, and consultants. You will review proposals, monitor expenditures, and advocate for clients during disputes or changes. You will steer client meetings, support engineering decisions on cost, and ensure timely project close‑out with proper documentation. This is a chance to shape outcomes on life sciences/high‑tech facilities within a global professional services firm known for delivering complex programmes.

- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets with tracking of milestones
- Oversee GC, vendors, and consultants through the project lifecycle
- Review and approve proposals, pricing, scopes, and cost‑loaded schedules
- Assess work‑in‑place, approve capital expenditures, and review payment requests
- Lead client meetings and advocate during disputes, modifications, or change orders




- Monitor factors influencing construction costs and support engineering decisions
- Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews to meet project timelines
- Manage transfer of operations, close‑out documentation, and warranties
- Review and validate cost estimates from contractors and client organization
- Identify and document potential claims and act on the client’s behalf

Responsabilità
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Proven xysqume experience as a Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences, High Tech facility, or Logistics construction
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi‑task
- Self‑motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and creativity
- Experience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development
- Fluent in English and Italian
