Join Our Finance Team as a Key Strategic Partner!

Daily Accounting Operations

-

- Full ownership of regular bookkeeping (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger)

- Coordination of the GBS Team for optimal efficiency

- Verification and approval of invoices and payments with precision and responsiveness

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

-

- Accurate and timely monthly financial closures , including comprehensive reporting and analysis for Headquarters

- In-depth financial analysis and strategic reporting

- Guardian of financial data reliability and integrity

Statutory & Tax Compliance

-

- Management of mandatory statutory requirements :



Libro Giornale and corporate books

- Oversight of fiscal declarations : VAT, Esterometro, 770, Unico, IRAP, Transfer Pricing documentation

Strategic Interface

-

- Key point of contact for Fiscal/Statutory consultants, External Auditors, and Internal Audit

- IT reference contact for accounting and tax systems

- Accounting reconciliations and consistency controls

Payroll & Commission Support

-

- Support for payroll accounting and salary payments to employees, in liaison with payroll office

- Calculation and payment of Sales Agent Commissions xysqume in compliance with legal requirements, including year-end withholding tax
