Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Customer Success Associate to join our growing international team. This role combines full order lifecycle management with excellence in customer support, coordinating with our network of Italian artisans and providing personalized support to both customers and suppliers. As the primary point of contact, the Customer Success Associate will take ownership of order management operations and the after-sales process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and tailored solutions across both routine and complex situations.
