Job Description Sales Analyst & Support within the Sourcing team, responsible for managing sales events in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure attractive offers for Veepee members. Tasks * Offer Management o Collaborate closely with brands to collect commercial elements and build offer files that meet Veepee quality standards. o Conceive the offer based on in?depth analysis of internal and external data to determine the best assortment and optimal prices. o Monitor warehouse stock levels to achieve desired stock rotation standards. o Define selling prices to maximize sold quantities and generated margin. o Engage in sales forecasting activities and identify potential turnover with the KAM. o Base strategic analysis and insights on previous campaign data, elasticity and A/B test studies, physiological pricing, benchmarks, and market knowledge. * Sales Management o Ensure commercial milestones and compliance requirements to secure timely launch (internal validation, final price confirmation, stock readiness, referent price checks). o Coordinate with Sales Production teams (Data Managers & Content Managers) to guarantee smooth content production and high?quality sales online. * Commercial Analysis o Track key performance KPIs during sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions. o Prepare post?sale sales reports for internal stakeholders (KAM & Team Manager Sales)



and for brand partners. o Collaborate with the KAM to prepare business reviews and identify development opportunities with brand partners. o Create materials for brand meetings and participate as needed. Must Have Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Result?oriented with strong analytical and data management skills. * Rigorous, well organized, and able to meet tight deadlines. * Team player capable of collaborating across departments. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Google Apps and Office Suite, especially Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel. * Fluent in local language and good English language skills.
