The Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer will contribute to the design and development of high-performance ICs used in next-gen systems. The Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer will support the full design cycle from concept through to validation, working closely with system and layout teams. Responsibilities: * Design and simulate high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits for advanced modules * Translate system requirements into circuit-level specifications with cross functional teams * Support layout definition and review to ensure performance and robustness * Carry out verification,



optimisation and lab correlation activities * Contribute to feasibility studies and technical decision making * Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: * MSc or PhD in Electronics or a related field * 10+ years experience in analog or RF IC design with complex IC development * Strong experience with Cadence tools and full custom design flow * Knowledge of CMOS or SiGe technologies * Proven experience delivering designs to silicon and production * Comfortable working in international teams with good communication skills * Fluent English and willingness to travel when required This Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer role suits someone who enjoys technically challenging work in a collaborative international environment.
