Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the strategy and commercial performance of PayPal’s consumer loyalty program in Italy, a fast‑growing strategic initiative. You will drive market outcomes and coordinate across local commercial, partnerships, product, marketing, and financial services teams to shape program evolution. You will manage cross‑functional execution, partnerships, and regional product/tech strategies while guiding the roadmap and key performance metrics. This is a chance to influence loyalty at scale within an international payments ecosystem.

Responsabilità
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading or scaling a consumer loyalty, rewards, or membership program
- Background in fintech, payments, e‑commerce, or consumer financial services
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial xysqume outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with the Italian payments or retail loyalty landscape
- Strong analytical fluency incl. incrementality, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
- Experience managing local market execution within a global program or platform
