Experteer Overview

In this role, you lead and develop a regional field team (Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists) to drive THV therapy growth. You partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to advance sales, marketing and education initiatives within Italy, ensuring strong clinical adoption and customer relationships. You will shape territory plans, support complex sales, and develop talent in a fast‑paced environment. You contribute to Edwards’ mission of transforming patient care through innovative THV solutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, Bids & Tenders, pricing, marketing, HR)
- Support local marketing activities to reinforce Edwards leadership and correct therapy adoption
- Engage in ongoing field support and incidental duties as needed

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in economics or engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience with a strong growth track record
- At least 5 years' experience in sales leadership and managing high‑performing xysqume teams
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and working with agents is a plus
- Extensive medical devices industry experience
- Knowledge of interventional cardiology is an asset
- Fluency in Italian and professional English
