This role combines data management, lease management, reporting, and cross?functional coordination to ensure that portfolio decisions are supported by accurate information and meaningful insights.We offer flexible working arrangements, including the possibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with time spent in the office.How You'll Make An ImpactManage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus, including property, lease, strategic planning, and sustainability?related informationDevelop strong expertise in Archibus functionalities and promote their effective use across the team.
Deliver Archibus training and provide support to internal usersWork closely with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data in a timely and reliable mannerOversee our external vendor responsible for lease administration and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of lease dataIdentify and improve processes related to data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and lease management to enhance efficiency and controlRaise purchase orders and verify invoicesPrepare presentation materials, analysis, reports, and charts using multiple data sources and toolsTranslate complex real estate data into clear insights that support portfolio decisions and management reportingOrganise and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites and support the development of the division's intranet presenceContribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Global Portfolio Management division through administrative support activitiesYour BackgroundProven experience in real estate data management, analysis,



and reportingExperience in lease managementExperience in corporate real estate within a corporate global real estate functionAbility to interpret lease terms, understand portfolio structures and real estate dataHands?on experience with a real estate data management platformExcellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
