In this FPGA FAE role, you will empower clients to adopt Microchip FPGA solutions and accelerate their time to market. You will bridge technology and business, co-creating value and driving design wins while supporting customers across global locations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into robust FPGA-based solutions and contribute to strategic growth. This position offers impactful engineering work within a values-driven, collaborative culture.

- Master HDL design, simulation, synthesis, timing, and FPGA hardware development and debugging tools
- Advise clients on implementing innovative FPGA solutions and optimization strategies

Responsibilities
- 5+ years in FPGA-based architecture definition, design, and support (including High-Speed Serial IO, DDRx/LPDDRx memories, xysqume or embedded processor)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
- Embedded Linux knowledge is desirable
- 5+ years with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal analyzers)
- 5+ years in semiconductor applications or sales
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; ability to work in a matrixed team
- Familiarity with aerospace products/designs is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
