DXC Technology is seeking a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects, contributing to practical solutions and improving business processes through ML models, NLP, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Support the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications.

- Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.

- Assist in presales activities, including preparing technical materials and contributing to client presentations.

- Stay up-to-date on AI trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to support solution development.

- Participate in small-scale AI solution projects or tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in real client environments.

Requirements

-

- 2-5 years of experience in Generative AI projects.

- Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, including design and implementation.

Nice to Have

-

- Experience with Agentic AI approaches or platforms.





- Previous involvement in presales or solution support tasks.

Location

Milano (Cernusco) with smart‑working possibility.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience, and skills.
