Responsibilities * Lead high-impact international projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment among global and local stakeholders * Manage a portfolio of strategic projects across international markets * Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, ROI, risk, and resource availability * Manage brand portfolio across countries of responsibility * Lead complex international projects from initiation through completion * Establish, monitor and optimize project management frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and governance tools * Collaborate with regional teams to identify growth opportunities * Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams Requirements * 7+ years of experience in Marketing, International Business Development, or Senior Project Management,



preferably in FMCG * Advanced Project Management skills * Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex corporate environments * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority * Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset, agility, and a strong drive for results * Excellent presentation abilities * Proficiency in English is required.
