Role Overview We are looking for a CFO to lead our financial function as we scale. This role is critical in ensuring financial rigor, operational efficiency, and strategic support, particularly as the company grows. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes * Build and scale a robust finance function to support company growth * Oversee cash flow management and financial performance monitoring * Support and lead fundraising activities (investor relations, data room, financial storytelling) * Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team and board * Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards * Partner with leadership on scaling decisions, hiring plans, and cost management * Manage external stakeholders (auditors, investors, advisors)
