Experteer Overview In this FPGA FAE role, you will empower clients to adopt Microchip FPGA solutions and accelerate their time to market. You will bridge technology and business, co-creating value and driving design wins while supporting customers across global locations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into robust FPGA-based solutions and contribute to strategic growth. This position offers impactful engineering work within a values-driven, collaborative culture. Benefits * Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for FPGA-focused products and solutions across Microchip lines * Master HDL design, simulation, synthesis, timing, and FPGA hardware development and debugging tools * Advise clients on implementing innovative FPGA solutions and optimization strategies * Help customers reduce time to market, cut costs,
and improve performance and security * Drive design wins using the Microchip Client Engagement Process * Influence stakeholders and build consensus for Microchip solutions * Collaborate within a global team to develop and implement client strategies * Coordinate with Microchip Business Units for technical assistance and ROI feedback * Coach, mentor, and train other FAEs as needed * Assist launches of new product introductions Responsibilities * 5+ years in FPGA-based architecture definition, design, and support (including High-Speed Serial IO, DDRx/LPDDRx memories, or embedded processor) * Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science * Embedded Linux knowledge is desirable * 5+ years with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal analyzers) * 5+ years in semiconductor applications or sales * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; ability to work in a matrixed team * Familiarity with aerospace products/designs is a plus * Fluency in English (spoken and written) #J-*****-Ljbffr
