The Grow@Hilti Program is a development program with real responsibility from day one.What You'll Do18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative.
You'll gain hands?on experience and deep insight into our customers, products, services, and software.9 months in one of the following roles: Solution Consultant trainee – you'll support sales forces by training them on a consultative approach and lead the development of new software solutions in Asset and Services Management.Implementation and Care trainee – you'll support Account Managers in implementation and after?sales care of our Tool Services solutions, and discover how a marketing department operates in a multinational, multicultural environment.Product Manager trainee – you'll support a Product Line in marketing, participate in strategy development, manage the product portfolio through its lifecycle, and perform regular reporting.3 months on a regional strategic project within Strategic Marketing or the Channels Department, giving you an international perspective of our company.What You'll BringHold a master's degree.Fluent in English and Italian.Spending a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment.Flexible team player with good communication and social skills, capable of inspiring others.Mobile and ready to move to another city to start your career.Hold a driving licence (at least one year).
