As an Account Executive, you drive new business by identifying and closing opportunities with target clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling solutions. You mentor peers and share knowledge, strengthening the sales team. The role sits at the heart of Infobip’s global growth and client relationships, operating within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll push for value-driven deals while aligning with the company’s AI-first mindset and scalable cloud platform.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Qualify leads and close sales within designated accounts and teams
- Sell products/services directly or via partners to target accounts
- Involve specialists (e.g., SE) for complex demonstrations or aspects of the sale
- Develop comprehensive solution proposals across the application
- Forecast sales, manage resources, and plan account strategy
- Present and sell a clear value proposition to clients
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals
- Maintain account health through collaboration with AMs, CSEs, and Inside Sales




- Collaborate with BDR teams to take over new leads
- Cross-sell within existing accounts on complex deals such as renegotiations

Responsabilità
- 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in solution sales (SaaS experience may be required)
- Proven sales track record with commission-based success
- Ability to penetrate accounts and engage key stakeholders
- Familiarity with Infobip or competitors
- Experience interacting xysqume with C-level stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Italian
