What you'll
do
Support NPI and prototype builds end to end, from R&D; handover to first serial ramp, keeping the master plan, risks, and actions up to d
ate.Coordinate the R&D;?to?Operations handover: collect drawings and specs, verify routings, work centers and tooling lists, and ensure product configuration is clear for product
ion.Superv

ials readiness in ERP (D3
65).Make sure work orders for prototypes and pilot builds are created, released, and sequenced on time, tracking lead times and raising constraints with Planning, Purchasing, and Product
ion.Prepare build books and standard work for pilots and first?offs,



capture deviations and lessons learned, and feed them back into upda
tes.Track capex and supplier deliverables for equipment, jigs, fixtures and gauges, including FAT/SAT dates and documentat
ion.Keep the register of improvement projects for the area, with KPIs, owners, and due da
tes.Maintain clean data: routings, cycle times, scrap codes, tooling life, and ECN sta
tus.Be present on the shopfloor, working day?to?day with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE to troubleshoot and impr
ove.
