Experteer Overview As Director of Human Resources, you will align HR initiatives with property and brand goals to enable business success. You'll lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance and development, and guide change management across the property. Working with cross-functional teams, you will implement HR strategies that improve engagement, retention, and cost efficiency. This role places you on the property executive committee to translate business priorities into actionable HR plans.
