As Customer Care Manager you will be the voice of the customer across the full journey, turning feedback into measurable improvements. You will monitor KPIs, identify service and product issues, and drive continuous enhancements to the customer experience. You'll provide data?driven insights, support to the customer, and manage the loop process with clubs and dealers. Your role includes audits on D&I; and after-sales support, acting as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym.
