Job Overview Location: Milano, Duomo. The resource will support Gutteridge, part of the Capri group, a prestigious men's clothing brand. Responsibilities * Sale and support to customers during their purchases. * Fidelity of customers to the brand, acting as ambassadors. * Execute operational activities of the store in accordance with corporate policies. * Know sales targets and store KPIs. * Collaborate productively with the entire team. * Customer reception, satisfaction and loyalty. * Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse. Ideal Profile * 1 year of experience in structured corporate settings in men's apparel, good organizational skills, natural aptitude for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships. * Knowledge of tailored products is a premio.



* Good English proficiency and familiarity with Office suite, flexibility, availability and motivation. Contract Type Fixed?term. Working Hours & CCNL Full time 40 hours, with scheduled shift system (weekly shift organization 5 days out of 7 except during specific commercial periods). Commerce.
