How You'll Make an Impact * Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives * Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets * Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline * Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives * Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage * Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners,
