A leading international PE backed group is seeking a Group FP&A; Controller to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the group. Key Responsibilities * Lead the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. * Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis. * Prepare what-if analyses and financial simulations to support strategic initiatives. * Deliver insightful variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers. * Monitor financial KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance. * Produce high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders. * Partner closely with functions including Sales, Operations and HR to support commercial and operational decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, planning systems and BI reporting tools. Requirements * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.



* 10+ years' experience within FP&A;, Controlling or Corporate Finance. * Strong background in financial planning, forecasting and business performance analysis. * Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred). * Experience with financial planning and reporting systems. * Good understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation. Ideal Profile * Highly analytical with excellent financial modelling capabilities. * Able to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations. * Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, commercially minded and results-driven. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
