/ppWe are looking for a talented Quality Control Compliance Specialist to join our team in Milan.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the brand's quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the development and production process.
Working closely with Product Development, Production and external suppliers, you will play a key role in safeguarding product excellence and supporting continuous process improvement.
/ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliCoordinate quality control activities throughout the product development and production lifecycle.
/liliEnsure products comply with company quality standards, technical specifications, and applicable international regulations.
/liliManage product testing, laboratory analyses, inspections, and certification processes in collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
/liliMonitor product quality performance and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions when required.
/liliCollaborate closely with Product Development and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues during sampling and bulk production.
/liliMaintain and update quality and compliance documentation, ensuring complete traceability and accuracy.




/liliSupport supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing standards.
/liliStay up to date on regulatory developments and ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented across the supply chain.
/li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ulli3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Product Compliance within the fashion or luxury industry.
/liliPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
/liliStrong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product compliance requirements.
/liliFamiliarity with product testing procedures, certification processes, and supplier quality management.
/liliExcellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
/liliStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
/liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment.
/liliExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
/liliFluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
