Experteer OverviewIn this role you will support the global customer database efforts for the Max Mara Group, implementing CRM guidelines to enable data-driven insights.
You will work with cross-brand teams to ensure data quality, governance, and omnichannel analysis that informs Brand CRM policies.
Your work will help deliver a centralized, high-quality customer view and measurable engagement, acquisition and retention metrics.
You will collaborate on data visualization and present actionable insights to stakeholders,
