Experteer Overview In this Product Owner role, you guide the full lifecycle of our digital products (mobile apps and a customer portal) in an agile, international setting. You translate business needs into actionable requirements, own the backlog and roadmap, and ensure successful delivery with cross?functional teams and external partners. You will shape product outcomes by analyzing metrics and feedback to continuously improve. This is an opportunity to influence digital mobility solutions across Europe and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for initiatives related to the company's digital products * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders * Translate business needs into prioritized functional requirements * Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities * Define and drive the product roadmap from discovery through delivery * Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and technology partners to ensure delivery * Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation * Coordinate external vendors and technology partners, monitoring delivery quality and timelines * Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams * Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, address issues * Support testing,



validation, and release activities for new features * Analyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and KPIs for improvement * Collaborate with international stakeholders across Italy, France, and Germany Qualifications * 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital environments * Proven experience managing digital products, mobile apps, web platforms, or customer portals * Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements and software development processes * Experience working with software development teams and cross?functional technical stakeholders * Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories * Hands?on experience managing Product Backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile/Scrum delivery * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools * Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and digital architectures * Data?driven mindset using product metrics and KPIs for decisions * Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field * Fluent English (written and spoken) in an international environment Benefits * Smart?working (10 days/month) * Ticket Restaurant * Welfare Plan * Comprehensive health benefits including supplementary medical insurance * Accident protection and life coverage * Performance premio #J-*****-Ljbffr
