/li /brliPlan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to Kerr.
/li /brliUnderstand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
/li /brliTake follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
/li /brliMonitor and control inventory levels against agreed target levels.
/li /brliMinimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
/li /brliSupport inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
/li /brliCreate and issue forecasts to suppliers.
/li /brliActively contribute to the development and support of material planning to make continuous improvements.
/li /brliWork closely with quality, production, and warehouse departments to ensure best performance in terms of incoming material timing.
/li /brliParticipate to initiatives with other related departments (e.g. production, procurement, quality) to implement EBS and continuous improvement/Kaizen culture.




/li /brliWork closely with rest of Supply Chain department to Build a good Team.
/li /br /ul /brpContribute to ensure excellent OTD (On-Time-Delivery) Level of customer orders (target 95%).
As support of SCM Develop, execute and follow-up the action plan, KPI and Problem-Solving Process (PSP).
Prevent and control stock outs risk.
/p /brpUnderstands and proper applies the Quality System (including all SOP's, CAPA, NCM, etc.), the EHS (Environmental, Health Safety) Policy and of any other applicable company Policy and Procedure as well as applicable laws, including, but not limited to, import/export compliance.
/p /brh3Job Requirements /h3 /brpBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management.
/p /brpPrevious experience of materials planning ideally in a manufacturing environment.
/p /brul /brliGood understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies /li /brliStrong Analytical skills /li /brliAbility to drive improvements across planning processes /li /brliUnderstanding of supplier relationships and some experience of working with suppliers /li /brliERP systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills /li /brliKnowledge and experience of using Min Max and Kanban planning systems or similar /li /brliKnowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
