Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales
Definesolution architecturesin Telco Cloud, Network Automation, and related transformation domains.
Translateclient needsinto structured solution approaches, delivery models, and value propositions.
Contribute to the creation ofoffer frameworksand reusable architectural assets.
Client & Engagement




Work closely withBusiness Managersand senior commercial stakeholders to strengthen Alten's credibility in transformation discussions.
Supportbid qualification, solution design, risk assessment, and costing logic.
Engage withclient technical stakeholders, up to CTO/transformation leadership level.
Ecosystem & Capability Development
Identifyecosystem needsand technology partnerships relevant to end-to-end opportunities.
BridgeEngineering's traditional network footprintwith higher-value, cloud-enabled, and automation-led services.
Act as aninternal reference pointfor Cloud/Automation topics within the Telco perimeter.

Technical Requirements
Must-Have
8+ years of experiencein telecom, network transformation, cloud transformation, or adjacent technology consulting/architecture roles.
Solid experiencein at least two of the following areas:
Telco Cloud / NFV / CNF environments
Cloud-native architectures
Network Automation / orchestration (e.g., ONAP, OSM, Ericsson MANO)
SDN / virtualization / network programmability
Operational automation in RAN / IP / Core domains
OSS simplification/modernization
Service orchestration/workflow redesign
Legacy system transformation/migration
Architecture rationalization
Process digitization in Telco environments
Proven experience insolution designfor medium-to-large, complex environments.
Ability to structureend-to-end solution approaches, including:
Architecture
Operating model
Transition logic
Risks / dependencies
Strong understanding oftelecom operator environmentsand constraints.
Familiarity withmanaged services, outsourcing,



and SLA-based delivery models.
Experience supportingbids, RFP/RFQ responses, or complex pre-sales cycles.
Fluent English.
Nice-to-have
Experience withhyperscalers(AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid cloud ecosystems.
Knowledge ofKubernetes / OpenShift / OpenStackin Telco contexts.
Exposure toAIOps, observability, or data-driven operations.
Certifications incloud or automation platforms.
Previous experience withmajor operators or vendors in Italy or Europe.

The total comp for this position will be set in a range between ****** to ****** euros (Yearly gross salary + premio).
