In this role you drive and support marketing and business development for Silicon Carbide MOSFETs to grow market share and revenue.

You will shape the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with teams and leaders across the business, aligning product proposals with market needs.

You’ll nurture relationships with key customers and coordinate technical support to enable growth.

The role blends market insight, demand generation, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver disruptive, high‑density power solutions. * Develop tactics, positioning, and strategy for new and focus technologies * Drive business development for Industrial with emphasis on high density power supplies * Support demand creation and increase design-ins and market share for assigned products * Coordinate product promotions and analyze customer applications to propose new products * Align new product proposals with product marketing and system competence teams * Identify and report system opportunities and project awards to management * Benchmark ST products against competitors and forecast medium-long term needs * Maintain daily collaboration with R&D;, Application, Quality, Reliability and Program Management * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 1-2+ years of experience in technical marketing or business development in Power semiconductors * Strong ability to communicate product concepts to engineering and sourcing audiences * Teamworking and high engagement with self-motivation * Fluent English and willingness to travel for frequent business trips * Knowledge of industrial markets and applications (preferred) In this role you drive and support marketing and business development for Silicon Carbide MOSFETs to grow market share and revenue.
