Position full-time collections representative in our student‑loan servicing department, working onsite at the augusta, ga office.

Compensation base salary $16 hour (based on collections experience) plus generous premio opportunities.

Training & Production Schedule 2 weeks training, 4 weeks nesting – monday to friday, 8 am-5 pm mst.

Production monday-friday, 4 days 8 am-5 pm and 1 day 10 am-7 pm.

Responsibilities * call consumers to secure payments on past-due student‑loan accounts * ensure compliance with company policies and local, state and federal collections laws * maintain accurate information exchange over the phone * stay stationary at the workstation for 95% of the time Qualifications * high school diploma or equivalent * access to high-speed internet (required)
