to join a project focused on

AI-powered clinical documentation and language model optimization

.In this role, you will work at the intersection of

AI, prompt engineering, and software development

, helping to design and refine prompts for

large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows

. You will contribute to improving the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of AI-generated clinical documentation.Preferred Locations:

ASAPKey Responsibilities

Develop and refine

prompt templates for large language models

generating clinical documentationRun

experiments and evaluations





to improve prompt quality and output accuracyAnalyze failure cases and implement prompt improvementsMaintain prompt artifacts and configurations using

Git and Azure DevOpsBuild

Python scripts in Linux environments

for evaluation pipelines and batch testingSupport the rollout of improved prompts across different medical specialtiesRequirements

Experience with

prompt engineering or LLM-based text generationStrong

Python programming skills

and experience working in

Linux environmentsFamiliarity with

Git and collaborative development workflowsAnalytical mindset with experience evaluating AI outputsKnowledge of

clinical documentation workflows

Dutch and EnglishCompensation:
