In this Engineering Leader role, you drive process engineering and project execution for PPG’s liquid operations in EMEA. You’ll lead NPI readiness, standardize engineering practices, and push regional productivity through continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, capital project execution, or process developmentRecognized regional or global SME for assigned processes/equipmentExperience in batch and continuous manufacturing environmentsStrong experience operating within regulated quality systems (cGMP, IATF 16949, or equivalent)Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Process Design Review methodologiesProven leadership in RFQ development, URS definition, FAT, and SAT executionSolid background in paint and resin chemistry and liquid manufacturing processesWorking knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX)Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across regions and functions
