Manager / Team LeaderIn this role, you will lead analytics projects within ABB’s Electrification Business Insights team, shaping data-driven insights and efficient operations. You will coordinate with ABB Business Areas and Group Functions to connect objectives with data and systems, drive data migration and reporting, and oversee cloud and data platform initiatives. You’ll pilot advanced analytics concepts, including AI/ML approaches, to unlock value and continuous improvement across the business.Lead analytics projects in partnership with ABB Business Areas and Group FunctionsDevelop data migration, validation, and reporting processesEstablish quality controls and ensure alignment with requirements and internal controlsManage analytics infrastructure with IT and third-party providersAdapt architecture for changing requirements and business objectivesExplore data integration, cloud platforms, and AI/automation opportunitiesPilot advanced analytics methods and AI/ML applications in business use casesProven experience (>=10 years)
