Rather than focusing on the technical implementation of every solution, you'll ensure we're solving the right problems, at the right time, with the greatest business impact. /p pReporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Data at Unobravo, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to turn data into one of the company's greatest strategic advantages. /p h3You will be responsible for: /h3 ul liLeading and developing a high‑performing multidisciplinary Data organisation across Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science. /li liDefining and executing Unobravo's Data strategy, aligning priorities with business goals. /li liOwning the strategic Data roadmap, balancing business needs, technical investment and long‑term platform health.



/li liPartnering with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to translate business challenges into high‑impact Data initiatives. /li liPrioritising work based on business value, technical feasibility and team capacity. /li liEmbedding Data into strategic planning and decision‑making across the organisation. /li liChampioning experimentation, measurement and evidence‑based decision making. /li liIncreasing visibility into the health, maturity and opportunities within our data ecosystem. /li liContinuing to evolve our Analytics, Machine Learning and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable business impact. /li /ul h3Must have /h3 ul liBusiness leadership /li liProven experience leading multidisciplinary Data teams. /li liStrong business acumen with the ability to connect Data strategy to commercial outcomes. /li liExperience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional alignment. /li liExcellent prioritisation, planning and organisational leadership skills. /li liA track record of positioning Data as a strategic partner to the business. /li liTechnical credibility /li liStrong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science. /li liPrevious hands‑on experience in at least one Data discipline. /li liThe ability to engage confidently with technical teams while translating complex concepts into business decisions. /li liStrong AI and data literacy, with the ability to identify where emerging technologies can create meaningful business value and inspire teams to continuously innovate. /li liA leadership mindset focused not only on how things are built, but on why, when and where Data creates the greatest impact. /li liExperience in healthcare, healthtech, marketplaces or other digital businesses. /li liBackground in consulting, strategy or other highly cross‑functional environments. /li liExperience with experimentation, Product Analytics, Marketing Measurement or Machine Learning. /li liFamiliarity with modern BI and data visualisation tools. /li /ul h3You'll be successful if you: /h3 ul liHave familiarity with modern BI and data visualisation tools.
